The years of organizing are now finished and the spectacular Pan Am Games in Toronto will open tonight. It has taken major corporate sponsorship plus private-public partnerships and an army of volunteers to pull this off. The folks at CIBC have put their heart and soul into their sponsorship as have others. Yes, Toronto will be a very busy place in the coming weeks, but this is our chance to welcome the world to our amazing city. The passion for sport is matched by the passion for our home town and I know the athletes will enjoy this as much as the spectators. It takes great passion to launch an event on this scale and thanks to all of the Passion Capitalists who have made this happen. To my fellow Torontonians, don’t complain about traffic, just hug a volunteer or an athlete when you see one! Passion Capital lives in Toronto at the Pan Am Games.
